This project explores the concept of the digital uncanny within the relationship between self and screen, informed by Kriss Ravetto Biagioli’s The Digital Uncanny. Through pattern, form, and colour, the work creates abstract digital environments that challenge perception and invite reflection on how computational media shapes identity, relationships, and lived experience.
The installation consists of three abstract video works produced using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. By combining retro visual aesthetics with contemporary digital techniques, the videos move between organic and artificial states, reinforcing the tension between body, media, and technology.
